We begin your adventure by picking you up directly at your hotel door in Salento aboard a traditional Jeep Willys. Upon arriving at the Cocora Valley, you will step into the breathtaking Palm Forest, where the green of the mountains blends with the mist to give you unforgettable postcard views. Throughout the journey, you will have hydration provided, and our team will be connected with you virtually to guide you and ensure your experience is perfect. At the end, your transportation will be waiting to comfortably take you back to Salento.
We start the adventure directly at your hotel in Salento. Our traditional Jeep Willys will pick you up at the agreed time to begin the journey toward the Cocora Valley, on a scenic drive of approximately 25 to 30 minutes surrounded by beautiful coffee mountains.
As you step off the Jeep, you will immediately feel the change in weather and the freshness of the mountain range. We will provide you with a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and you will receive key instructions before starting the tour.
We will enter the main trail leading to the majestic Wax Palm Forest. You will walk at your own pace beneath these green giants that reach up to 60 meters in height. It will be the perfect moment to take photos, breathe fresh air, and admire the mist drifting through the palms.
